This card is a pepefied version of the South Park character Tweek Tweak. He is a highly anxious, twitchy fourth-grader at South Park Elementary. His paranoia and jittery muscle spasms are famously caused by drinking massive amounts of coffee, which is laced with methamphetamine. He is easily recognized by his messy blond hair, unbuttoned shirt, and catchphrase: "GAAH! Too much pressure!"

South Park is an American animated sitcom created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone for Comedy Central. Since its debut on August 13, 1997, 338 episodes of South Park have been broadcast. It debuted with great success, consistently earning the highest ratings of any basic cable program.

The original image is titled "Portrait-Icon of Murasaki Shikibu" by Japanese artist Tosa Mitsuoki (土佐 光起) [November 21, 1617 – November 14, 1691].

The painting is a hanging scroll created with ink and color on silk, currently held at the Ishiyamadera Temple in Japan.

The Rare Pepe artist changed the composition of the original by adding cherry tree branches and a green bird with Pepe's face. They also pasted Pepe's face over Murasaki's.

Murasaki Shikibu was a Japanese novelist, poet and lady-in-waiting at the Imperial court in the Heian period. She is best known as the author of The Tale of Genji, which is widely considered to be one of the world's first novels, written between about 1000 and 1012.
