A pleasure to see Premier @fordnation, @TeamKerzner and @ChiefNish today at the announcement of an investment in @RunnymedeHC. We are thankful for Runnymede’s work in supporting first responders and to all those helping strengthen these important services for our communities.
Todd McCarthy has been named Grand Marshal for 2026. Todd is currently the MPP for Durham and serves as Ontario's Minister of the Environment, Conservation and Parks.
This afternoon @TFSFitzgerald and @Toronto_Fire welcomed cyclists led by the @TorFireCeltic to our Academy on their annual memorial ride to the National Firefighter Memorial in Ottawa. Grateful to our staff in support of this meaningful initiative. @TPFFA
I was honoured to greet the 70 cyclists taking part in the @TorFireCeltic Memorial Ride as they stopped at the Toronto Fire Training Centre on their journey from Hamilton to Ottawa.
These riders are pushing themselves to the limit to honour the memory of fallen firefighters — their brothers and sisters in service who made the ultimate sacrifice to protect Ontario, its people, and its communities.
Under Premier @fordnation’s leadership, our government will always stand with Ontario’s firefighters — supporting their health and well-being, and ensuring their legacy is always remembered.
