I wonder how long will the chip shortage last. I had to search the web to find out that was part of the reason why @MercedesBenz@MercedesBenzUSA failed to fix my car. I am so disappointed in their brand. I love the car but hate their customer service.
@Justin187421 @colinbrazierGBN I still done have my part after almost 4 months. @MercedesBenz@MercedesBenz have yet to let me know anything on the status of when the part will be in. They also failed to let me know when I bought the part that they did not know when the pat will be in. I am so disappointed.
@fedex pending since Thursday in the next city over. Today is Sat the 24th . This is crazy. Why does no one know where my package is after 3 days? Also, no one is following up and telling me anything. I am rethinking about using them for my delivery service again.
