It’s been nearly 2 weeks since I filed a BBB complaint against @Airbnb & over a week since @AirbnbHelp last messaged me.
They told the BBB I’m “working with their support team” — but I’ve heard nothing since June 20.
This is not resolution. This is delay.

I booked an Airbnb for Osheaga (July 29–Aug 6) for $2,555. Host canceled with no reason, then relisted the same unit for $4,484. Airbnb offered just $270.

I had to rebook another for $2,267 out-of-pocket.

My Airbnb was canceled by the host and re-listed for almost double the price. Airbnb’s Guest Policy says I should be rebooked at no extra cost. Still unresolved after multiple follow-ups.
