In 2006 when MCA was implemented such centers were available atleast the process of raising ticket was smooth.

Why can't we simply allow AGM, EGM and BM by OAVM permanently?

When almost every work is possible on VC. why can't business partners/Shareholders are allowed to conduct business on OAVM? #eodb
#Extend_CFSS but also look at #CA13 now. Its already outdated in 2021. #MCA
