Changing patterns in your mental health is hard. It’s a gradual process and something that has to be learned. It’s easy to grab onto that little bit of spontaneity that comes our way and try and change everything at once to lead a happy, anxiety free life.
But this is often met by failure as it’s near enough impossible to change everything at once. That’s why it’s important to take things one step at a time and gradually build ourselves towards the person we want to be.
