American funding, training and supplies flow to them through India. the Americans enter as ordinary tourists and then travel to India's northeast to hand over money, drones and other civilian/dual-use gear.

The live bullets fired from the Lungter hills by the Kuki militants towards Sinakeithei village hits the boarding school of children aged 9-12 years on 19-20 March 2026.
