Doug Ford cut OSAP grants from 85% to 25%.

His justification: students were abusing the system.

New data shows that was not true.

Here’s what actually happened:

Ontario colleges became completely dependent on international student tuition revenue.

When the federal government FINALLY cut international student permits, the colleges lost their cash flow overnight.

Ford needed to bail them out.

So he slashed student grants.

Then RAISED tuition.

And blamed the students.

Ontario students from low-income families now get 75% of their aid as loans instead of grants.

This means more debt & less support.

All to bail out institutions that Ford’s own government failed to regulate.

He blamed the kids for the problem the system created.

He’s not a real Conservative.

That's how long the Canadian healthcare system took to call me back about the spinal surgery I needed immediately or risk losing the use of my legs.

In 2024, I broke my back in Singapore. The neurosurgeon there said surgery was urgent. After 3 weeks fighting my insurance from a hospital bed, I flew home with medical support.

The Canadian hospital quoted an 8-month wait.

I'm lucky I could afford to go private. The next day, I had the operation.

Today, 587 DAYS LATER, the public hospital called to say they're ready for me.

People say Canadian healthcare is free and great. It's neither.

It's horrible!

BREAKING: the land where the “spaceport” is, in Nova Scotia, the company leases the land from the province for $13,500 per year.

They’re then turning around and leasing it to the federal government for $20 million a year.

For 10 years.

In addition, shortly after when the $200 million contract was announced, the chairman of the board sold 3 million shares in the company.

And in the past three months insiders have only sold shares.

The stock is up over 2295%, in 1 year.l and one of the Board of Directors, is the former Liberal Premier of Nova Scotia.

For context, a similar spaceport was built in Norway, where the government maintained 90% ownership, and the project was done for tens of millions of dollars cheaper.

Our government, on the other hand, is renting their own land for significantly more.

With zero ownership.
