@Delta is an amazing airline. My flight was delayed out of @EWRairport . Delta already saw that I would only have 15 minutes to make my connection. They already re routed my flights to get me to my final destination around the same time. Instead of going through Minneapolis I am now going through Salt Lake City. Nice new aircraft. Go Delta! @ed_bastian amazing crew and check-in counter crew. #bestairline #bestcustomerservice

@PPLElectric No one has come out. There is a 6,000 volt line that was snapped and is lying on the ground. I think this is a massive safety issue.

@PPLElectric No one frim PPL answers the phone and online they refer you to the phone. There are down power lines in the ground. No way to tell the. Unless you have an hour and a half on the phone.
