Und dies:
Aus wirtschaftlicher Sicht sehen viele kleinere Läden eine Sonntagsöffnung als zusätzliche Belastung, da es schwierig sein kann, ausreichend Personal zu finden oder eine rentable Kundschaft zu gewinnen. Sonntagsöffnungen könnten zudem den Konsumdruck erhöhen, was nicht unbedingt nachhaltig ist und Ressourcen verbraucht.

Oh well. Wouldn't want to have my food prepared on this. Self-cut, overheated layer of material mix made from PTFE + glass fiber! What about pyrolyzing, microparticle shedding, etc.

Not yet there. Material is still a composite mix of PTFE and glass fiber, resistant up to 370`C. Pyrolysis over burning charcoal still possible, shedding of micro particles likely during use.

Not my ultimate choice!
