It seems that public pressure has prompted dictator Isaias to conduct part 2 of the interview.
How well will it go? I honestly think it all depends on his dress code and on which shoes he wears.

#Eritrea’s oppressive regime fuels movements like the Blue Revolution. Oppression drives resistance. The #PFDJ and their transnational repression is the source of the chaos in #Germany. @Bundeskanzler https://t.co/oYPLFfPGN3
Eritrean youth flee a nation denying them education, freedom, and a future. The Blue Revolution reflects their pain, not their potential. They are NOT terrorists. @Bundeskanzler https://t.co/LZO5Nu8E8I

Ms. Tesfamariam is an official of the Eritrean regime and a staunch defender of its autocratic practices. Appointing an individual with such close ties to a regime responsible for ongoing human rights violations, particularly against children, sends a troubling message about UNICEF's commitment to its mission.
In light of this grave mistake, we urge UNICEF to reconsider its decision and reaffirm its dedication to children's rights and human rights.
We call upon the UNICEF Board of Directors and all affiliated bodies to genuinely consider our concerns and take appropriate action to rectify this situation.
Together, we can work towards a brighter future for children worldwide, free from repression and injustice.

@martinplaut Per her interview, she went to Asmara for vacation and came back with an Eritrean Amb. to the UN position b/c of her loyalty to the dictator not b/c of her loyalty to the Eritrean ppl.
Ironically, the @EmbassyEritrea, a nation ranked dead last in the Freedom of Press Index, had the audacity to criticize @mrubin1971 article, where he justly analyzes the #PFDJ|s impact on Eritrea and the broader region. https://t.co/xNsGAdNNBO
The board members of #EAGS, acting as a proxy for the US-sanctioned authoritarian #Eritrean#PFDJ regime, engaged in transnational harassment of pro-democracy activists instead of uplifting the migrant community they claim to serve. @MayorofSeattle https://t.co/53z6paDIs1
The #EAGS is registered as a community nonprofit, advances Eritrea's authoritarian PFDJ agenda while receiving an annual average of $1.3M in grants and donations. @MayorofSeattle@AGOWA@USTreasury@secstatewa@GovInslee @RepAdamSchiff https://t.co/psqqtopbCt
The #PFDJ’s repression extends beyond Eritrea’s borders. Through its supporters, the regime intimidates the #Eritrean diaspora. Using entities like #EAGS, this transnational repression exploits legal systems in democratic countries to silence dissidents https://t.co/TidfhPrB3u

PFDJ supporter why he didn’t go to the seminar,
"I am not going to the seminar because all they going to do is ask us for financial contribution and preach to us empty promises”
