It is a blend of old-new-internet-gyaru slangs with a lot of abbreviation, almost no sentence or word structure, and weird pronunciation.

It is not something English has.

Like A few moments later > one hour later > three hours later > two thousand years later.

Even with brainrot, EN speakers don't speak like that. It is unique to Japanese only.
