Being able to support @BrittHiggins_ has only been made possible by leaning on people like Martin Fisk when things are tough. So proud he’s been awarded an OAM for his work as CEO of @Menslink. An organisation that’s helped thousands of young boys and men with their mental health
After weeks of undertaking a variety of tough mental and physical challenges, the ACT Comets have raised $14,679 for @Menslink Canberra as part of the inaugural 'Chase the Comet' initiative ☄️
Incredible achievement!
Less than a week to go till the Menslink Great Walk, with 30 senior execs drawing on their resilience & walking 142km in 5 days raising money to build our young guys' resilience - much needed in these uncertain times

Dads and mentors - we celebrate you and thank you for all you do for your families and for the community.
And for those missing their dads today, we hope there's someone you can reach out to - a family member, a mentor or a mate. Take care from all of us at Menslink
Happy Father's Day from all of us at Menslink.
Whether you're a dad yourself, you've got a dad in your life or whether you're missing your dad, we thought it was a good time to reflect on the best qualities of dads and mentors.
They're involved, they care and they're kind. They're constructive & help build people up, not tear them down. They encourage growth but don't take over. They regulate their emotions. They're respectful of others & appreciative of differences. They're grateful for what they have.
With lockdown in CBR, anxiety and worry can sometimes feel overwhelming & we can never get over them. Don't worry, our counsellors are still supporting young guys online and by phone. We're there to give you that helping hand to get you over the hurdles in your life.
Join us at Gryphons Caffe Bar this Wednesday when we will be joined by former ACT Magistrate Robert Cook for July's Menslink Midweeker.
Hear how his experience with the justice system brought him to where he is now and what he has learned along the way.
