Mentmore Parish

The Parish of Mentmore Crafton and Ledburn

[Peter Brazier @PeterBrazier]

Great work by @MentmoreBucks residents on our bi annual entire parish litter pick. Thanks Liz for organising and @BucksCouncil street scene team for collecting.

@gregsmith_uk @KeepBritainTidy Parishes all over the county take part. @MentmoreBucks will be doing their bi-annual pick next month where we pick the entire parish. But we are constantly out with the picks and hoops. Thanks @BucksCouncil street scene for their support.

We join the rest of the nation sending our deepest condolences to the Royal Family. Out of respect for Her Majesty we have decided to cancel the Mentmore Village Fete which was to be held this coming Saturday. These pictures are of the Queen visiting Mentmore in the late 1950's

Huge thanks to @BedfordGroupIDB and @BucksCouncil StreetScene for clearing dumped waste (from cannabis growing) from nr @AscottEstate Wing, Bucks
Evidence found during clean-up will be investigated and shared with #Police as appropriate...

@tvprp Thanks for attending. There are not many incidents at that point but the speeds are so very high throughout the entire village. I was doing 40-45 I think means >50.

Been asked to add that you should bring your own pen for obvious reasons.

Mentmore Parish Council have placed a book of condolence in the Village Hall which will be accessible from 3pm to 6pm each day this week and will be available at the Church Service at St. Mary's this coming Sunday.

An online Book is available at: https://t.co/VTK0M9dSmo

@_Eagle_Fang @tvprp It is and we are grateful for that, but the average speed in our 30 is 45 - that the average.

[Mentmore Parish @MentmoreBucks]

@tvprp Thank you, but it's rush hour we have the problems being a rat run. Perhaps next time!

[Mentmore Parish @MentmoreBucks]

@tvprp Could do with you around here at rush hour.

@TVP_Aylesbury @MLoebenberg Looks familiar! Thanks for keeping an eye out for us and keeping us safe.
