I'll be voting for ActionSA in my ward and as my PR vote in Johannesburg.
If a better option comes up between now and November, I'll let you guys know.
I need the ANC & DA out. And I don't have time for the EFF.
A Malawian illegal foreigner says that other Africans tell each other South Africa's laws are lax, which is why most of them come here, they get to do whatever they want. He says he's been caught at the border many times, yet he's still a free man. 😳😳😳
Mokone, please don't start with us. Any Member of Parliament , including those from parties I support , becomes subject to public scrutiny the moment their conduct intersects with active criminal investigations, correctional facilities, and convicted offenders. Constitutional democracy is founded on the supremacy of the Constitution and the rule of law, not political status or self-assigned mandates.
That is precisely why the Powers, Privileges and Immunities of Parliament and Provincial Legislatures Act 4 of 2004 limits privilege to the “precincts” and lawful parliamentary functions connected to authorised proceedings.
A member of Parliament cannot unilaterally convert himself into investigator, intermediary, or evidence-handler outside formal parliamentary authority and then invoke privilege retrospectively. Constitutional oversight is structured, delegated, and procedurally regulated , not self-initiated freelance intervention in active criminal matters involving convicted offenders.
You are part of the problem in this country, and so are all parliamentarians.
Sit the hell down !
When a South African man commits GBV, all men in the country are called trash by @zilevandamme and others. But when Nigerians are caught running child prostitute ringsin our own SA they are quiet and we are told to read essays about why Nigerians are good for the economy.
