The other day I was talking about the dehumanising housing conditions of police officers, the tins (unipots). I’m made to learn that it’s actually a privilege to get them, and that it is the same for Prisons officers. For Prisons, I’m told that some of them stay in dormitory settings, separated by curtains, with wives! If one has money, they can build their own on Prisons land, which they can sell or rent out upon being transferred. And because these institutions do not usually entertain free speech, the officers just accept their conditions to avoid reprisals. But, with all the money wasted in this county, can’t these officers (especially in low ranks) be thought about as well to live decent lives? Their work itself is already a sacrifice, why add on the burden of housing them like building site materials! The problem is not that the country can’t afford. Its priorities.

Museveni's immature son will soon learn the hard way. This is Susan Nsibirwa, the Managing Director of NMG Uganda. She comes from the influential Buganda family of the former Prime Minister of Buganda, Martin Luther Nsibirwa. Muhoozi has reportedly called for her detention without trial.

Susan Nsibirwa is now being hunted and could be taken to the infamous basement in Muhoozi's private prison, which Museveni refers to as "the Fridge." There are also rumors that the U.S. Embassy in Uganda has sheltered her as preparations are made for her to seek asylum in the United States.

That small boy Muhoozi should know there are limits he cannot cross. Let's wait and see whether he will dare to storm the U.S. Embassy in Uganda. Uganda is really going through a lot under the hands of Museveni & son, but just like other former powerful leaders, their downfall will be one for the books.
