So the flip flopping CDC updated its guidance on Thur. to include this. Yet all week, close contacts at schools were NOT QUARANTINED. Will the DOE go back to this instead of rapid home tests, which might not show positive until it's too late?

Insanely high positive cases and DOE is trying to spin a story on it. These are kids that were IN SCHOOL this week and spreading it.

Oh, but wait..no more quarantines for close contacts AND again, the honor system. Everyone can stay in school (and possibly fuel the spread for several more days).
