@Help1ngHans not sure how long you intend to keep that mobile office since you're going to Japan.

If you plan to keep using it, I'd suggest looking into adding a slanted roofover to it instead of fixing the flat roof. The flat roofs are always prone to water and snow damage

@ZeusLair It's understandable, internet companies love to lie about their infrastructure. It may be fiber to the neighborhood/box, but then they do cable to the house

That last connection to house really matters, and cable is really horrible at peak times
