Hey @SEPTA if you have an app to notify customers of alerts and delays...maybe use it to send the alerts and updates of what's happening. Why have an app and continue to raise rider costs if you don't even use it.

My train was supposed to leave at 10:51am, I got my first notification of a delay at 11:12am...after I got a boarding call notification.

We're now on the platform with no train. And they're letting more people on the platform for the other track.🫠

My @Amtrak trains has been delayed about 7 different times and there has been NO notification from Amtrak.

The constant delays are frustrating but no communication from Amtrak via the app, text, or email is unacceptable.

@DHLUSHelp DHL ecommerce is the biggest joke in shipping services. We joke about the postal service but damn, at least they're helpful when something is lost. Literally was just told "yeah, it's lost, we can't help you just the sender" by a phone agent.

Wow! The service I got via phone and tweet from @MyBobs was incredible. Gave me the reason for my delay, schedules my delivery day and got my my receipt in ~15 min of total call time.
