जब खुदीराम बोस के ऊपर कोर्ट में मुज़फ़्फ़रपुर बम कांड का केस चल रहा था तब पूरे बिहार में एक भी वकील नहीं मिला जो खुदीराम बोस के बचाव के लिए केस लड़ सके। जो वकील सरकार की तरफ़ से खुदीराम बोस के ख़िलाफ़ खुदीराम बोस को सजा दिलवाने के लिए केस लड़ रहे थे वो बिहार के ही थे और उनका नाम था पी सी मानक और खुदीराम बोस के ख़िलाफ़ गवाही देने वाले मुख्य गवाह का नाम था बिनोद बिहारी मजूमदार। आज शहीद खुदीराम बोस जी की 136वीं वर्षगाँठ है।
