can we normalize treating people like actual human beings? your viewers aren't credit cards. artists aren't punching bags. read TOS and descriptions before buying things, and don't punish artists because you bought something that was never advertised as what you wanted.

and for the love of god, don't bring personal conflicts and allegations to an audience just because you're angry at someone. the people on the other side of the screen are real people, and your actions can do real damage.
