@British1_Airway Hello I did so, someone reached out via WhatsApp and then never came back with feedback or any instruction. Can someone please follow up? 2 months later and still no answer re my refund plus many several hours wasted.

@British1_Airway I was downgraded on a flight in July and still waiting for refund. I submitted the forms, tried to call multiple times.. still nothing. No answer. No feedback. No refund. Can someone contact me before I escalate this? Thank you.

@British1_Airway Someone from BA finally contacted me on WhatsApp days ago asking for info… and then disappeared without following up. All of a sudden the chat was closed in the middle of the conversation. What’s going on @British1_Airway . I am shocked such large big company has such service
