Baseline test for the open source lip sync app I’m building for the ComfyUI contest!

This is running locally on a 12GB RTX 5070.
No subscriptions. No credits.

Not quite there yet.
But sooo close!!!

Clean render, natural movement, timing is ok.
Next up: sharper lip sync and more emotion.

Working hard to get this in.

There have just been a lot of changes, you're not being held back. You can go look at accounts that used to get tons of reach and they're all doing considerably less with their numbers, now.

The reach just works differently...consistency still matters, but it's a different set of actions you have to pay attention to.

And still, nothing is iron clad...you just have to play around with posts and ideas and probably change how you engage. Go out and explore more.

I know a large account commenting doesn't matter anymore, and GOOD. Cause, that's gross. Sorry, not sorry. lol

The reposts and engagement early on still works though. Typically if a post gets a lot of engagement within the first hour, it'll take off.

Replying to your comments helps too...the activity in the comments section gives it a boost...every new comment, verified or not, gives a little boost.

We are "siloed" though...you have to make lists and reach outside of your silo to get farther reach...you have to go out and do some engaging too...can't expect to drop something, and walk away. Helps to stick around for at least 30 min after you post to engage with commenters.

If you get a share or a quote post...engage with that too, as soon as you notice, like a share and comment on a quote. It helps boost the original post too.

I don't focus on growth so much, I'm networking for collaborators so these things aren't top priority to me, but when invest time in doing them, I do notice the difference in reach.

Currently I'm working on tuning this up...this runs on a 5070 with only 12GB of VRAM.

That's just the very first test. I open sourced a model folks typically pay for, too.

The repo will be made public when I'm done.

I have more than this in development too...I'm just one person though, and it all takes time. I literally just started getting into Local building a few months ago. I'm not an expert...I won't pretend I am, but I've learned a lot, already.
