It is with heavy hearts that we announce Sir Ken Robinson died peacefully yesterday, 21st August 2020, surrounded by family after a short battle with cancer.

YES YES YES! Targets grades need to go. OR, they could just be guarded by SLTs. Target grades negatively affect the teacher’s mindset towards his students. Especially the weaker ones. Thx @MrsHumanities

This week for the 1st time I shared with my yr 11 class their predicted grades based on data from yr 7.

They were surprised but also ecstatic that they'd achieved high above them in their mocks.

That's why I don't believe in target grades, teach to the top and scaffold up.
