@AmericanAir do you have enough employees that work at McAllen Airport? I haven’t seen one yet this side of TSA. There are about 50 people with young children, elderly customers, infants and toddlers who could sure use someone to talk to…..nothing but empty desks. Do better.
@rondefeo@AmericanAir
There are over 50 people sitting at the gate with not a single agent to explain yet another delay on our flight today… children, infants, elderly on medications, and parents all without a human to talk to. At ANY. American gate. ANY.
Embarrassing.
Why am I wasting my time tweeting @AmericanAir at the airport? Because not a single gate agent is available to help solve my problem. And answers from reservations and customer service are exactly opposite. @AmericanAir@FAANews
@AmericanAir have left my family (infant included) and I stranded with a 2 hour flight delay without a SINGLE gate agent to speak with in the sterile area. I have inconsistent answers from @AmericanAir reservations and customer service after TSA in and out twice. Bravo American

On stage now here in Austin is @hashimzMD, exploring the value of waveform capnography being a BLS skill and identifying patient care scenarios in which its application improves the lifesaving interventions already done by BLS providers. #NAEMSP2024
We're incredibly excited for a keynote presentation from Chief John Moon, (ret) of Pittsburgh EMS and the Freedom House Ambulance Service, at our Annual Meeting in Austin next month. There's still plenty of time to register and join us: https://t.co/HxOaWqT4J1
NAEMSP's National EMS Medical Directors Course is coming to a close after three jam-packed days. Thank you, speakers, for sharing your knowledge with these future medical directors — we cannot wait to see the impact they make with what you've taught them!
Your first intubation attempt failed. You have to bag the patient back up before you go to plan B.
This is what your patient should look like...
It's far easier to bag when you've double-barreled their nose and placed an OPA.
