@fional87 @The_Oodie I emailed the rep who had commented on my Trustpilot review, they emailed me back to say my item was oversold, that Royal Mail must have lost the parcel etc and I was being refunded.

@denbamber My own GP told me meds are overused and cognitive management of certain conditions should be first and foremost, if no change then sure look down the medication route etc but first try methods like CBT, counselling, diet changes. I didn't want meds and was glad they supported me!
