Anyone in Ireland receive wrong Vinted parcel from An Post
@Postvox? An Post seem to have put the address label, with my details & order number on it, on some random incorrect parcel with a different order number. Seller isn't who I purchased from either. @vinted are no help ๐
Will certainly think again about shopping on @vinted if this is how they treat their customers. Especially when they charge a Buyer Protection Fee on every purchase for issues like this. I simply want my refund.
@Postvox@vinted Despite paying Buyer Protection fee, @vinted won't help as 'carrier denies mix up'. How can you deny mix-up when it's blatently obvious by looking at the parcel photo that the order numbers on the 2 labels do not match?! My address label was put on incorrect parcel. Beware!!
@Postvox I've received the wrong Vinted parcel from An Post. The An Post address label with my details and order number was put on someone else's parcel with a their order number. My parcel is now missing as a result of this mix up. Can you assist, please?
@postvox Family member at same address is missing 1 parcel that was due on Dec 22nd also. Where are these parcels? Why no communication? Feels like you're hoping we forget about them. What a poor service.
@Postvox Hi, you still haven't delivered my 3 parcels that you said would be delivered on Dec 22nd. I DMed you here on Dec 31st & you blamed 'high mail volumes'. Now January and my parcels STILL haven't moved from Portlaoise Mail Centre since Dec 21st. How do I get my parcels??
@omahonymedia@Postvox Agreed. My 3 parcels, due for delivery on Dec 22nd, still haven't made it from Portlaoise Mail Centre to Cork. I could have walked quicker ๐. Help here gave useless reply, blaming 'high mail volume'. And we pay for this service!!
@Postvox I'm waiting on 3 parcels stuck in Portlaoise Mail Centre since Dec 21st. All 3 items were due for delivery the next working day. We got post on the 22nd, 23rd & 24th but no sign of the parcels. Tracking shows they're still in Portlaoise, unmoved. Can you help, please?
@mastergerm@RossLinds23@The_Oodie It's a nightmare. I finally got my 2nd order refunded yesterday. 5 weeks waiting on one order, 7 for the other and nothing to show for it. Was told 3 different despatch dates before cancellations. I had to to chase them every step of the way for updates and to get refunded too.
Be warned anyone buying from @The_Oodie for Christmas!! My orders from Oct 20th, Nov 5th & Nov 14th all not even shipped. Money taken straight away each time & fobbed off every time I contact customer support (when they finally do reply). At least one item now out of stock too.
@alexandra_flood@LayaHealthcare It's been the same for years now. Live chat always unavailable in recent years too. I'll have to consider changing provider next year, I think.
@D24Golden@LayaHealthcare Came on to say the exact same thing! Surely at this stage it's no longer 'Higher that usual'. I listenend to menus for 3.5 minutes & then was cut off when I pressed # for callback. 3rd year in a row I failed to get through before my renewal. Live chat always 'unavailable' too.
@sophiepower2001@The_Oodie Good luck dealing with them. They've had my money since Oct 20th & Nov 4th. Have now admitted they 'oversold' my items. 2 remaining items finally shipped Friday
but now I'm chasing them for my remaining โฌ129.80. It's been a fight every step of the way for the last 7 weeks.
@Jayzone1978 Good luck dealing with them. After waiting since Oct 20th & Nov 4th for my 2 orders - money taken immediately - Oodie finally informed me Fri they 'oversold' my items & so have cancelled them. Excuses from them all the way along. Now chasing my promised refund. Feels like a scam.
