A junior doctor in the casualty asked me: "Sir, two patients just arrived. One has a BP of 200/120, the other is at 80/50. Who do we prioritize first?"
My answer: Go look at their faces.
We thank You, Lord, for the privilege of seeing a new week. We acknowledge that every good thing comes from You, and we give You all the glory.
Father, breathe upon the works of our hands this week. Let ordinary efforts produce extraordinary outcomes. May we not labor in vain. Bless us abundantly, order our steps, and help us to walk in Your will always.🙏🏾
🎓 To our graduating UAMS GI Fellows:
You came in as residents with big dreams. You leave as specialists, as healers, as leaders in medicine. 👏👏
The guts 😂 it takes to do what you do — literally and figuratively — is nothing short of extraordinary. 💫
✨ Congratulations to our graduating GI/Liver Fellows! Thank you for an outstanding year of dedication and patient care. We’re proud to have been part of your journey and can’t wait to see the impact you’ll make in the years ahead!

Solomon asked for wisdom, and God added wealth. Abraham asked for a son, God gave him generations. I pray that in 2026, God gives you more than you ask for.
Thank You for waking us up this morning. We do not know what this day holds, but we know that You hold us. Lord, let this day bring testimonies, let burdens be lifted, prayers be answered, and may we see undeniable evidence of Your goodness in our lives today.🙏🏾
Psalm 86:7
“In the day of my trouble I will call on You, for You will answer me.” Sometimes life gets heavy. We don’t always have the answers, the strength, or a clear path ahead. But God is always listening. When you’re overwhelmed, pray. When you’re worried, pray. When you’re waiting on a breakthrough, pray. He may not answer in the way or time we expect, but He has never stopped being faithful. If you’re in a difficult season, don’t give up. Keep trusting Him even when you can’t see what He’s doing. Keep believing even when doubt creeps in. The same God who carried you through past struggles is still working today. Take a deep breath, give it to Him, and remember: you’re not alone. He’s got you.
@TheLowkeyMummy I could write a thesis on this, but my major lesson is that you will sacrifice a lot for your marriage to work.
Make sure you love your spouse enough. Otherwise, you'll resent them for life.
