@SkywardExpress @KenyaAirways @FlyJambojet Had to pay for a whole new ticket with @FlyJambojet . Wished I initially spent the 20k+ on them instead. Just wanted to explore a different airline for once and went with @SkywardExpress. Turned out to be the worst experience ever!

Booked an over 20k one way flight with @SkywardExpress from Mombasa to Nairobi earlier this year, got late coz there was a bad accident along Mombasa- Malindi highway. When I went to check in, I was told they have a no-refund policy. So my money was gone just like that.

You can't tell me thats not stealing from your customers @SkywardExpress Because anyone could be late for their flight for various reasons. A reasonable penalty like how @KenyaAirways and @FlyJambojet do it would make much more sense. I honestly felt conned!
