How do you plant the seed… ignite the passion… take the first step? Sometimes it all starts with a guiding hand on the shoulder. This year at the Global Midwifery Update, Prof Christine Catling is going to help us ‘Support the Next Generation of Midwives’.
Christine has been a midwife for 32 years, currently serving as a Conjoint Professor of Midwifery Research between UTS and Northern Sydney Local Health District and an NHMRC Research Fellow investigating Clinical Supervision and its ability to support midwives. She is a passionate leader and mentor who has guided many young midwives along the start of their journeys.
