Happy 20th birthday to our Mercy Surgery Center. To get an idea of how significant the Surgery Center has been to our community in Springfield and the surrounding region, we pulled the numbers and learned we've done 174,182 surgeries in this building since opening 20 years ago.

We couldn't be more proud of our electrophysiology team, who started the first conduction system pacing program in southwest Missouri. This program implements the next generation of pacemakers, helping to improve patient outcomes in heart surgery.
