1. Why do nurses need 2 years experience for your to verify their certificates? A certificate you issued to them.

2. Why do you need a minimum of 6 months to verify a certificate you issued. Are you claiming to be stupid?

3. Why does the CEO of Applicant's place of work and Training Institution have to write a letter of good standing to the Registrar/CEO of NMCM to verify certificate it issued prior. Are you daft?

Before any nurse can gain employment in Nigeria, prove of licensure is required from Nursing and midwifery council of Nigeria, but NMCN want nurses to go back to same employer to request for the same verification they initiated provided 💔

Doctors must approve you as a Nurse before you travel out of the country like wtf @NMC_Nigeria are you guys normal at all.
In other words, we are not a professional body, but a subordinate organization.
So Nursing council just went and the minister of health vomited this nonsense and gave to him and he brought it out for we nurses to take it hook line and sinker. NMCN if you can’t use your head we the younger nurses can use them for you. We reject this memo we are not taking it
