What a finish in the Senior Women’s 400m final!

It was a real battle between Esther Okon and Team MTN’s Toheebat Jimoh and Miracle Donald.

The three athletes gave it their all, but it was Esther Okon who emerged victorious, clocking an unofficial 53.61s, a season’s best.

Miracle Oluebube Ezechukwu practically cruised her 100m heat on her return to Jos, and she was still able to run her second fastest time ever.

Ezechukwu ran an impressive 11.55s (+0.4) to win the U20 women's 100m, decelerating way before she got to the finish line.

Her teammate, Adaeze Ezeh, finished 2nd in the race, running a time of 12.16s.
