Most of you have been wondering why Chief TRABALIST Rigathi Gachagua is yet to unveil his party...

Here is the gist..

The former impeached DP was initially set to release his party in January, then February, and finally May. I'm here to confirm—he won’t unveil the party.

Instead, he’ll make an excuse about broadening the coalition to include other “lost souls” like Eugene Wamalwa, Martha Karua, Dr. Fred Matiang’i, Hon. Kalonzo Musyoka, and other non-starters like Justin Muturi and Jeremy Kioni.

It’s all just an excuse. That coalition not only can’t work, but also has nothing to offer Kenyans based on past experience.

Apart from David Maraga and Hon. Okiya Omtatah, the rest are too tainted to be anywhere near government. Imagine how tribalistic and exclusionistic Gachagua is. Think of how incompetent Justin Muturi is. Imagine how lazy Eugene Wamalwa can be. How intolerant Martha Karua can be. Trust me on this, Kalonzo will join the Kenya Kwanza government.

I hate to imagine a government made up of these vultures.

Discomfort is brewing in the Itungati sect, where a deep-rooted extortion ring led by Gachagua is exploiting elected leaders, particularly from central Kenya. This has stopped Mt. Kenya governors and other elected leaders from the region from joining the doomed voyage that is Gachagua’s party.

Gachagua is extorting his allies under the pretext of raising funds for his political activities and the launch of his party in May 2025. His close allies say he’s demanding KES 5 million from each governor allied to him. This is amount is exorbitant and with EACC hawk-eyed approach, the Governors are aware they can't misappropriate funds for Rigathi. He is not just worth it.

He has also been accused of single-handedly forming the party without involving his allies, angering them and prompting vows not to join.

I hope you have seen how Nyeri Governor Mutahi Kahiga has been blowing hot and cold?

Well.

Gachagua is so reportedly averse to advice, especially from senior politicians, and instead surrounds himself with younger leaders he can control. MCAs, faded politicians and other outcasts like Mithika Linturi.

Riggy G has also been criticized for failing to support his allies financially, particularly those arrested after causing chaos at political events. Ideally, the man doesn't have political capital.

Remember, how Dr. Matiangi failed to attend his dinner meeting a fortnight ago?

DRAMA
Some actors in Government are doing things wrongly. After the attention the play by Butere Girls High School had created due to undue publicity surrounding its content and performance, the girls should have been allowed to stage their play at the National level but ranked lowly not to qualify for state gala. I think government should also learn to fit in the cast and ensure unnecessary drama does not play out like it did this morning in Nakuru. Be strategic and avoid creating a mountain out of an anthill. But again, playwrights should be responsible for their actions. You don’t radicalize young citizens in the name of drama. Learners must be taught to be good citizens, they are young and have to grow knowing that there is a country to build without confrontations. Drama festival is a platform for learners to showcase their talents and skills. Playwrights can use the platform to write scripts depicting their characters in the form of literature (hidden meaning) that can leave the audience guessing what the play is all about. But making the script INTENTIONAL and using learners to help settle political scores is unacceptable. There are many platforms to settle political scores, media being one of them, but not by use of students through plays.
