I am completely disgusted with the service. You pay premium only for your team to try and cut corners while fixing. Giving the cheapest not approved quality. You panel could not even source a windshield, neither some spare parts.

After @sanlam refused to pay my crashed Q5, i am very very particular on:
1. The agent.
2. An insurance that has paid out to people I know personally.
