Status Update ๐งต
With the winter waning and my ability to be productive returning to normal, I've been looking over most of the code in Tiny Tinkers.
It feels like I've been moving very slow until now. That's because the "AI" needs almost everything all at once. However...
Have you ever wandered off into the woods, found that you just wanted to sit there, but the lack of people around and no internet access made it unsatisfying?
Okay, so you get on your bike, and... wait, you can only stay at places for two days at a time?

This has been a long time coming. It's just a bit of technical debt, I swar
There's also the problem of doing it right. I still want to build multiple games and the underlying project needs to support that.
If the code is built well the first time, the next three games will be that much easier to make.
It's hard to build a castle if you're unsure how gravity works. A lot of what's left is minor or "AI", but most of it is the content that has slowly been building up on the side.
I've been developing mostly solo, with friends and family helping along the way.
It takes time.
Sometimes you just have to sit down and draw things out. The time it takes to put them on paper also gives you time to think about what's going on the page.
