Thanks @Ticketek_AU for the worst ticketing experience ever. 2 full days of staring at a reloading screen with no tickets. Why couldn’t you at least queue?? Simple maths would’ve told me then whether I was in with a chance as opposed to blind hope.
Catching up on @GruenHQ & the review of the @NRMA original first Saturday ad, and what. a. powerful. ad. Didn't agree with the panel, didn't see fear but empathy. Timing is right also, regardless of the terrible 2020, fire season is here & the more prep to help fires, the better.
@precisepath I did the virtual and it was awesome. Still have heaps of catch up due to the Timezone difference. But some awesome presentations. Def sign up for next year!
Managed to get a few live sessions in this morning for @INBOUND and will now be catching up over the next few days. Will miss the live banter though!

This is why you hire social media professionals. “Put this on social media” is not a strategy, and brands need an understanding of content types and platforms if they intend to succeed on them.

@Megan_Hayes44 Agree! Trying to teach this to my 3.5yr old as I think it should be a skill EVERYONE has for both personal and professional lives. Empathy and Kindness is so so so important.
“There is a mindset of empathy that we were not taught in school...we were striving for competition...if you don’t have the capacity of empathy you start losing the ability to win” @VanJones68#INBOUND2020
Don't get it twisted. @VanJones68 doesn't think caring about the planet is "some hippie stuff," but instead it is critical to our very existence. I couldn't agree more. #INBOUND2020
"We were not taught empathy. We were taught competition, valor, greatness. If you do not have empathy, the ability to understand people, you start to lose the ability to win," @VanJones68 said during #INBOUND2020
