It lied to me. I took it apart and no, it didn't charge. in fact, Someone had poured coffee into the laptop. Gonna rip out that hard drive and give it a full burial with honors.

I was given a laptop the old owner said didn't charge after a 🔋replacement. Opened it up & unplugged & plugged the battery back in> Success!

Now to leave it alone to see if it charges.

I have transcended. I now dream about the PBX and there being free outside lines- then I wake up go to work, check the system and. No, no free lines. I'm now officially a Tech. #nextleveltech

I've moved in from being a user to a tech and had to relearn how to troubleshoot. My current running motto is. "It's probably broken in the dumbest way. A human broke it. And if not it's probably DNS."
So far problem solving has really does up.

How does the comp find the printer? You wanted to be private bout the relationship & stuck it on VLAN. Plus you already told the printer ”I love you just the way you are" so you BETTER know where it is & it's name. You could just it ask tho. #LearningIT
