1) መንግስቲ ኤርትራ ኣብ ልዕሊ ኢትዮጲያ ዝጸንሖ ስትራተጂካዊ ፖሊሲ (strategic policy): ብህዱእ መንፈስ ክብርብርን ክፍትሽ��� ዳግመ ክለሳ ክገብር ክግደድ'ዩ። እዚ ማለት: ኢትዮጲያ ኣብ ርግኣትን ሰላምን ዞባ ቀይሕ ባሕሪ ሃናጺ'ዶ ኣዕናዊ ተራ ትጻወት? ዝብል ከቢድን እዋናዊን ሕቶ ከበግስ ክግደድ'ዩ። መልሲ ናይ'ዚ ሕቶ: ንኤርትራ ኣብ ልዕሊ ኢትዮጲያ ዝጸንሓ ፖሊሲ ከቐይር ይኽእል ጥራይ ዘይኮነ: ፈጢራቶ ዝጸንሐት ኪዳን (alliance) ክትቅይር'ዉን ከገድድ ይኽእል'ዩ።

2) ከም ዝፍለጥ መንግስቲ ኤርትራ ኣብ ወተሃደራዊ መዓስከራት (military base) ዝጸንሖ ፖሊሲ ንጹርን ቅርጡዉን'ዩ። እዚ ማለት: ኤርትራ ኣብ መሬታ ዝኾነ ይኹን ወተሃደራዊ መዓስከር ክኽፈት ኣይተፍቅድን። እንተኾነ ዝፍጠሩ ዘለዉ ሓደጋታት (security threat) ኣብ ግምት ኣእቲኻ: ንሓይሊ ባሕሪ ኤርትራ (Eritrean Naval Forces) ናብ ዝለዓለ ዝላ የንጥሩ'ዮም ክበሃሉ ዝኽእሉ ወተሃደራዊ ሽርክነታዊ ኪዳን (military alliance) ናይ ምህንዳስ ግዴታ ክመጽእ ይኽእል'ዩ። ኣብዚ ኣርእስቲ ብቐዳማይ ደረጃ ክትሕረ እትኽእል ሃገር ድማ ሩስያ ክትከዉን ትኽእል።

3) ኣብ ኣቃዉማን ኣሰራርሓን ሓይልታት ምክልኻል ��ርትራ: ኣጋር ሰራዊትን ኣሃዱታት መካናይዝድን ዝለዓለ ኣገዳስነት ሒዞም ምጽንሖም ኣየካትዕን። እንተኾነ: ኣብ ዞባ ቀይሕ ባሕሪ ዝኽሰት ዘሎ ጸጥታዊ ሓደጋታት ኣብ ግምት ኣእቲኻ: ኤርትራ ኣብ ሓይሊ ባሕሪን (Naval Forces) ሓይሊ ኣየርን (Air Forces) ገዚፍ ወፍሪ ንኽትገብር ክትግደድ'ያ። እዛ ነጥቢ ምስ'ታ ኣብ ቁጽሪ 2 ተጠቒሳ ዘላ ተኣሳሲራ እትኸይድ ኮይና: ኤርትራ ሓይሊ ባሕራ (Naval Forces) ብቕልጡፍ ንምዕባይን ቴክኖሎጂ ንምዕጣቕን ዘኽእሉ ኪዳናት (Military Alliances) ክትህንድስ ክትግደድ'ያ።

ጠቕሊልካ እንክትርእዮ: መንግስቲ ኤርትራ ቅልጡፍ ስትራተጂካዊ ምትዕርራያት (strategic re-structuring) ብምግባር: ሓይሊ ባሕሪን ሓይሊ ኣየርን ኤርትራ ንሰፊሕ ግጥም ከዳሉ ዘገድድ ክስተት ኣሎ ምባል ኣዝዩ ቀሊል ዘረባ'ዩ።

ኣብ መደምደምታ: ሃገርና ኤርትራ ኣብ ፈታኒን ትስፉዉን (challenging and yet propitious) መድረኽ ከም እትርከብ ኩልና ክንኣምን ይግባእ። ናይ ትማል ዓወት ንናይ ጽባሕ ብድሆታት ከዐሽዉና ኣይግባእን። ክዉንነት ኣብ ዉዱዕ ሚዛን (ምዕሪት) ከነእቱ: ሕቶ ���ለዶ ኤርትራ ድማ ክንምልስ ግድን'ዩ ክኸዉን። ካብ ወግዒ የፔ ወዲ ጎቦ ንዉጻእ። ካብ ኣዝዮም ትሕት ዝበሉ ስነ- ሞጎት (low level/ trivial arguments) ንተኣለ። ምዕቃብ ናጽነት ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ቀሊል ከም ዘይኮነ ንእመን። ካብ ትሕተ ሃገራዊን ፈላላይን ጸረ ሓድነትን ኣጀንዳታት ንርሓቕ። ንግጥም ጽባሕ ድማ ብንቕሓት ንዳሎ!!
