DEMOCRAT "JUDGE" was arrested right after reelection. An Iowa Judge was arrested on felony vehicular homicide charges JUST ONE DAY after voters reselected her to the bench with 69% of the vote. District Associate Judge Lynn Poschner... 45.. allegedly admitted to looking down at her CELLPHONE to adjust her car's audio moments before striking TWO PEDESTRIANS.. leaving one woman dead and another seriously injured. The following day... Urbandale police arrested her on charges of homicide by vehicle involving reckless driving.. a Class C felony... and serious injury by vehicle involving reckless driving... a Class D felony. Bye Bye SCUMBAG!!!!!!!!
