I hear many times a week from constituents who have concerns about racing – especially loud motorcycles and property damage. In one case, it is suspected that a racing-related crash contributed to a motorist death on 38th Street.

A short thread on speeding/racing in Indianapolis: From the beginning of the pandemic, many people have raised traffic issues and complaints. At first the empty streets enticed some drivers to speed and, eventually, to race. The racing has become a bigger and bigger problem.
