@AmericanAir Although I used a third party, this is an American Airline policy where I am now going to lose $400 for a flight and American Airlines will resell my flight and make double profit. I will not be flying with them again this is a scammy policy

I booked a round trip flight with @AmericanAir and I can’t make the first portion of the flight. No big deal, I can just buy a one way ticket and then use the return flight to come home, right? Wrong!

@AmericanAir said they “can’t make changes” to my itinerary. I DONT WANT ANY CHANGES I JUST WANT TO GET ON THE FLIGHT THAT I PAID FOR

So even though I paid for the whole flight if I miss any portion of it, I forfeit my tickets for the whole flight???? Horrible customer service. I spoke to a representative and he even admitted that in this situation they sell the second ticket to someone else. DONT FLY AMERICAN
