@vorwerk_gruppe@thermomix Giving some update on my TM7 case. My issue with my Thermomix is still unresolved. I am currently waiting for the French team to provide the resolution promised by one of their employees. Hoping this matter will finally be addressed soon.

When Premium Products Fail to Deliver Premium Accountability
TM7 is defective from day one.

@vorwerk_gruppe I’ve already contacted local support. What’s upsetting is how my issue is being handled. When you pay €1,600 for a TM7, proper customer care should be a given—especially when the problem is with the machine itself. Disappointing experience. @vorwerk_gruppe
