Guess what?
They asked her to contact the local police. Whose number was first busy, then they hung up, then they were not reachable.
She just spent the last 10 minutes trying to reach out for help with no answer.
Disappointing.

A female friend received 2 harassment calls today from a man who kept talking about how he is single and wants to talk to her.
He went so far as to mention the color of her dress (random color) and that he knew where she stayed and just wanted to be a friend.
