I've seen a lot of discussion on ffxiv raiding and how toxic it can be and is often called a "boy's club" for more hardcore groups so here's some of my thoughts: it absolutely is in many ways. I have had some very negative experiences in raid and I'm often raid lead.

also, I find it very interesting the amount of times I've met people in ffxiv, let them know I'm happily in a relationship, and either during raid/roulettes/fc events or just on discord they're flirted with me SOMETIMES IN FRONT OF MY PARTNER. the audacity.
