Calm it down…. @SullyTalkz has already said it’s advancing well from a United point of view and now a spurs ITK is saying he’s got his heart set on United.
Relax everyone.
England aren’t very good. But Croatia are soooo bad
The more teams I watch, the more I think USA will go deep. Fast. Energetic. Fit. Can play. Passion.
Somehow this is Englands worst squads since 2016
@__Manveer He wants to be a starter. He’s not getting that here is he.
It’s really not difficult to understand.
Get £10m or so and a big sell on fee/buy back option.
@UtdMicah Yet again where are you getting the money from for every other position we need then?
Also who’s said he wants to move or that Newcastle would even consider selling even at £80m
There’s been literally nothing other than a report that we have made contact.
@analyzingfutbol I think Arsenal, City and Liverpool all have better squads than us in general.
They don’t need as many incomings so can spend big in certain areas.
@analyzingfutbol Oh I love him he’s a massive talent.
I just think we aren’t in a position to spend that money on him.
We have a paper thin squad with 1 CM if Ugarte leaves and a back line that has a broken MDL, aging Maguire and an injury risk Martinez. Shaws last year of his deal too
@alextalksall This is it now. This used to be the fee for a proven top player but it’s now the price for potential top players.
Everyone is paying top money for potential. now.
@UtdMicah We are going into a season with European football and all cup comps again. If we have any hope of getting at least a UCL place again barring any major injuries we need signings to keep the squad fit.
@UtdMicah Ideally we need
3 CM’s
1 LW
1 LB
1 CB
1 back up striker.
That’s a bare minimum and most of them need to be starter quality. We have minimal amount of funds from sales as our squad is already thin.
I need to understand where fans think we are getting multiple £100m signings from this summer when we need to do so much business.
Arsenal, Man City and Liverpool all require less incomings so they can spend heavily if needed.
We aren’t in that situation.
