🔻 SUNSCREEN ENTERS YOUR BLOODSTREAM IN UNDER 24 HOURS. THE FDA CONFIRMED THIS IN 2019. THEY DID NOT PULL A SINGLE PRODUCT. THEY TOLD YOU TO KEEP APPLYING.
In January 2020, a randomized clinical trial published in JAMA found that six active sunscreen chemicals — including oxybenzone and avobenzone — absorb into the bloodstream after a single application. Not after years. After one use. At concentrations exceeding the FDA's own safety threshold by 180x to 500x.
The FDA did not recall them. They issued a statement: "Continue to use sunscreen."
Oxybenzone is a confirmed endocrine disruptor. It mimics estrogen. It crosses the placental barrier. It has been found in 97% of Americans tested. It is in breast milk. It is in amniotic fluid. It is in your children before they are born.
A former formulation chemist — 11 years at a top-3 sunscreen manufacturer:
"We had internal absorption data by 2014. Full transdermal penetration within 26 minutes of application. The compounds don't sit on the skin. They were never designed to. The delivery mechanism is identical to a pharmaceutical patch. We knew this. The mitigation strategy was never reformulation — it was public messaging. Keep the consumer applying. The margins on chemical sunscreens are 1,400% above production cost. Mineral alternatives cost 4x more to produce. The decision was financial. Every internal document confirmed that."
They told you the sun causes cancer. What they didn't tell you:
Vitamin D — produced only through direct sun exposure — is the single most critical regulator of immune surveillance against malignant cells. A 2023 meta-analysis confirmed: Vitamin D deficiency correlates with a 30-60% increased risk of colorectal, breast, and prostate cancers.
They blocked the one thing your immune system needs to fight cancer. Then sold you a chemical that enters your blood and mimics hormones. Melanoma rates have increased 320% since 1975 — the exact period sunscreen use became widespread.
The paradox is published. McGill University, 2023: "Sunscreen usage is climbing, but so are melanoma and skin cancer rates."
They didn't protect you from cancer. They removed your defense against it and charged you $14 a bottle.
15 minutes of direct sun daily. No screen. Arms and face exposed. Your body produces 10,000-20,000 IU of Vitamin D in that window — the amount they sell you in pills because they blocked the free version.

They made you afraid of the sun so they could sell you a hormone disruptor and call it protection. The sun is free. That's why they taught you to fear it. Share this.
We pasteurise milk to kill the bacteria, then sell people probiotic capsules to put the bacteria back, then sell them lactase tablets to digest the milk that used to digest itself.
Three products where the cow already provided one.
Genius, if you happen to own all three companies.
Reminder for all young parents:
You only get:
- 1 Summer with your baby
- 3 with your toddler
- 9 with your child
- 5 with your teenager
This time is precious. Don’t rush it.
DM: "My kid only eats noodles, dinosaur nuggets & crackers. How do I get him to eat healthier"
Me: "Why are noodles, dinosaur nuggets & crackers options to eat?"
If kids aren't given these unhealthy foods,
If kids dont see family eating these unhealthy foods,
Then kids wont even know these are an option.
Start kids on real foods and they will grow up only eating real foods. No worries about picky eating.
⚠️Flintstones vitamins were my gateway supplement...
Sounds ridiculous until you realize that was the whole playbook.
Get the child early.
Make the synthetic nutrient tablet look like a cartoon. Make it sweet. Make it colourful. Make it chewable. Put it beside cereal, orange juice, low-fat milk and all the other “healthy breakfast” theatre from the same era.
Nobody questions it because it looks innocent.
It’s for kids.
It’s cute.
It’s responsible.
It’s what good parents do.
Meanwhile the child is learning the first lesson of modern nutrition:
Food is not enough.
Nature is incomplete.
The body is missing something.
Health comes from a product.
A lab-made tablet can fill in what real nourishment supposedly failed to provide.
That is a powerful spell to install before a kid even understands what food is.
And once that idea gets planted, the adult version becomes easy to sell.
First the cartoon vitamin. Then the fortified cereal. Then the gummy C. Then the synthetic D. Then the B complex. Then the multivitamin. Then the “immune support.” Then the methylation stack. Then the longevity cabinet full of expensive little bottles pretending to be wisdom.
Same programming.
Older customer.
Bigger invoice.
I know because I lived it...
Years of synthetic vitamin abuse dressed up as discipline. Years of thinking more capsules meant more health. More powders. More tablets. More “support.” More isolated compounds. More labels promising to correct the body while the foundation stayed broken.
Minerals depleted.
Sunlight missing.
Sleep wrecked.
Real food replaced.
Salt feared.
Water dead.
Terrain ignored.
But the supplement cupboard looked impressive, almost like a supplement aisle or store, so I thought I was doing something.
That is how deep the conditioning goes...
And this is why I don’t see children’s vitamins as harmless little health products.
I see onboarding.
A child gets trained to trust the synthetic replica before they trust food, sunlight, minerals, salt, water, sleep, movement and the body’s own intelligence.
They learn the cartoon version of nutrition first.
Then spend decades trying to unlearn it.
Synthetic vitamins are not nourishment.
They are industrial isolates dressed up as care.
And when you put them in cartoon form and feed them to children, you are not just selling a supplement.
You are creating the next generation of customers who will grow up believing nature always needs a chemical backup plan.
Looking back, the cartoon bottle was not harmless.
It was the first dose of the belief system...
A lawyer would never trust AI to defend him in court.
A surgeon won’t let it hold the scalpel.
A general won’t hand it the launch codes. Not willingly at least.
The people selling you the “AI replaces everything” story have one thing in common.
None of them are offering to be replaced.
Sam Altman talks about AI displacing entire professions.
What he leaves out is the part where the tools cost money, require infrastructure, demand technical literacy, and still hallucinate in ways that would get a human fired on the first day.
The jobs AI actually threatens are the ones already hanging by a thread.
Entry level. Precarious. Low margin.
The people with the least runway to absorb the hit.
The lawyer keeps his job. The paralegal doesn’t.
The executive keeps his job. The analyst doesn’t.
The doctor keeps his job. The radiologist reading routine scans might not.
But here’s where it gets interesting.
The paralegal who doesn’t get hired today was supposed to become the lawyer in fifteen years.
That pipeline just got cut.
The intern class that never came in.
The junior associate who never got thrown into the grinder.
The entry level researcher who got replaced before they even learned the craft.
They don’t disappear quietly, they just never arrive.
And when the current generation of lawyers, surgeons, and engineers ages out, retires, or dies, who replaces them?
The apprentices who never apprenticed.
The juniors who were never hired.
The humans who were made redundant?
So by default, AI gets the seat at the table.
Not because it earned it.
Not because it passed the bar, survived residency, or spent a decade learning how things actually fail in the real world.
But because there’s nobody else left.
And that’s when the bill comes due.
An AI that hallucinates case law defending someone’s life in court.
A diagnostic system optimizing for liability rather than the patient in front of it.
Infrastructure managed by models that have never experienced the consequences of being wrong.
They call it progress.
It’s actually a slow motion handover of critical systems to tools that have no skin in the game, no accountability when they fail, no capacity to care about the difference, and are fully controlled by billionaires who never gave a flying f about you to begin with.
The disruption was never the point but the dependency was.
They don’t need to replace you.
They just need to sit between you and everything you need.
Your doctor. Your lawyer. Your bank. Your government. Your health.
Not eliminated.
Gated. Gate-kept.
Pay the toll or wait in the queue.
That’s the business model.
in the last 100 years alone western society has taken down
- the church
- the family
- the community
- traditions
- sacred rituals
- genders
- local farms
- real food
and replaced it with technology, consumption and atheism.
this is why everyone suffers today.
everything humanity requires to thrive has been replaced with junk
If a nurse pressures you to give your newborn formula in the first few days because your milk hasn't "come in," push back.
The yellow, sticky stuff coming out is colostrum and it's exactly what your baby is supposed to be getting. It has secretory IgA that coats your baby's gut and neutralizes pathogens before they cross into the body. The lactoferrin in it binds iron so harmful bacteria can't grow. It even has live stem cells in it.
You'll get about a teaspoon per feed in the first 24 hours. Most new moms see that and panic that their baby is starving. But a newborn's stomach is TINY and colostrum is calorie dense. It's exactly the volume they need.
Even one bottle of formula in those first 3-5 days can shift your baby's gut microbiome. Hold your ground and trust what your body is making.
