Capt Paul Watson, an elderly man who has spent his life defending voiceless cetaceans has been imprisoned in Denmark. An evil Danish 🇩🇰/Japanese 🇯🇵 pact to silence him? @Statsmin@DanishMFA#FreePaulWatson
ALL HANDS ON DECK! We need your help to #FREEPAULWATSON
Please contact the Ministry of Justice in Copenhagen regarding the recent arrest of Captain Paul Watson in Nuuk, Greenland. Paul will be detained in Nuuk until August 15 to allow the Danish Ministry of Justice time to decide whether to extradite him to Japan on an international arrest warrant. He could face spending the rest of his life in a Japanese prison.
📢US citizens should also contact their local representatives & state senators to raise attention in the Department of State.

The Danish police have arrested Paul Watson, a man who has done more to intercept the killing of whales than just about anyone on Earth. He's at risk of being extradited to Japan where he could face a prison sentence of up to 15 years. #FreePaulWatson

The despicable detention of Capt. Paul Watson shines a very poor light on Denmark 🇩🇰 who now appear to the world 🌎 to lack compassion. @Statsmin@DanishMFA#FreePaulWatson

The extradition of Paul Watson to Japan would be a death sentence. Aged 73 , the father of three children, is said to be languishing in prison. @EmmanuelMacron PLEASE intervene URGENTLY on humanitarian grounds #FreePaulWatson
Capt. Paul Watson arrested by 🇩🇰 Danish authorities. Does incarcerating elderly defenders of the voiceless & our oceans make @Statsmin@DanishMFA proud? #FreePaulWatson https://t.co/MmKRaVmTes
