@OpenreachHelp TBH given up we have just had appalling service & waiting since Dec for Open Reach to get infrastructure sorted or even planned is ridiculous-may as well just cancel the order would never recommend BT or Open Reach to anyone - no one is doing anything -not ur fault #timetocancel

@OpenreachHelp Before you say but I know we are customers of BT but I am stuck between you & BT & now need answers and action - I have physical disabilities and suffer with mental health issues due to COVID I rely on bb for consultations etc. Very let down @DisRightsUK @#mentalhealthmatters

@BT @OpenreachHelp after a catastrophic failure to connect us to broadband we’re left without for over a week, no end insight failed promises - disabled living in the middle of a moor no mobile signal rely on WiFi calling complex health needs missing treatment @ofcom here I come

@MindCharity Tried all other alternate treatments EMDR talking therapies CBT normal and trauma based etc etc been under CMHT all led to getting on a gold dust new style programme not now thanks to BT and Openreach - sadly mental health doesn’t matter

I am now facing having to cancel #MentalHealth treatment that I have been waiting two years for because @bt_uk can’t sort out a simple broadband swap over - all treatment being done via teams due to #COVIDー19 & #BT just don’t care @MindCharity just can’t take much more

@OpenreachHelp after much pushing we are now told the earliest activation date is the 19th 🤬 again an open reach issue should have been a simple switch on the 04th - now have to cancel treatment & have another 5 days without b/b who do they talk to they seem to just keep sending you emails

@OpenreachHelp Thanks Paul from what we are being led to believe Openreach are the issue 😣 and despite BT now putting this to a manual request they are still not getting a response - we long ago accepted only achieving dial up speeds but not having a connection at all is beyond tolerable

@bt_uk Thanks - each time we call a promise is made to sort it out & take ownership but still nothing it’s a simple swap - I’m facing cancelling treatment I have waited 2 yrs for ( it’s like gold dust) -I’ll send details but sorry won’t hold breath my anxiety is through the roof
