My p2s was delivered 3 days late, box obviously dropped and retaped up in an attempt to hide the damage, and delivered to the wrong house. Fortunately they do it all the time so I knew where it went.

@OpusBuddly @BudLightSadness Dig a pond and do a houseboat instead of a cabin, don't believe the houseboat is counted towards property taxes and as far as i know theres no permit requirements there either. Then you're only paying property taxes for the land value.
